See the city from William Penn's point of view! The City Hall Tower Tour offers a panoramic view of Philadelphia's landscape from 548 feet above ground. Ascend to the top of the historic building via elevator to enjoy a spectacular view of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and city skyline from the city’s highest open-air observation deck.
City Hall Tower Tours are available every 15 minutes, Monday - Friday, from 9:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m; and on select Saturdays, 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., weather and capacity permitting.

All City Hall Tower Tours are weather permitting. If your tour is cancelled due to weather-related closures, you may reschedule your tour for a different date and time at no additional charge.
Unfortunately, the City Hall Tower Tour is not wheelchair accessible due to the historic structure of the building. However, the City Hall Interior Tour is wheelchair accessible and offered once a day, Monday - Friday.
Advanced ticket and e-ticket purchases:
You must arrive to the City Hall Visitor Center 30 minutes prior to your tour time to allow time to check-in for your tour and pass through a mandatory security check before the Tower Tour begins.
Failure to check-in 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour will result in the release of your ticket(s) to walk-up visitors. Advanced ticket purchases, including e-ticket purchases, are non-refundable. All sales are final upon completion of the sales transaction.
